At a recent national conference, The International Salon/Spa Business Network recognized Tom Stauffer and The Campbell Group for outstanding service to their association.

There is no doubt the great pricing is a major factor why salon owners across the nation have joined this program.  However, “outstanding service” also means important items such as our 50 page Salon Safety Manual, free to all participants.  This manual was developed using loss data from salons over the past 15 years and helps eliminate/reduce costly insurance claims, thus saving salons future insurance dollars.

Another service provided is a complete coverage review.  The salon industry requires unique and sometimes difficult, expensive insurance needs.  With over 20 years of salon insurance experience, we make sure all your assets are properly insured.

Also provided, is a free lease analysis.  Most multi-location salons and many individual salons lease their space.  We evaluate your current and any future leases to make sure your insurance requirements are correct and in compliance.  Many times what you sign for and what you actually have are not the same.  This could lead to legal woes in the event of a loss.

Twice annually, we will evaluate your current and past claims (claims review) looking for trends or problem claims.  With our understanding of salon related claims, many times we can intervene and help control the cost of such claims, saving you from future premium increases.
